Maxwell Sharpe, the co-founder of MelMax Realty, is a licensed broker in Washington State. With a background in real estate wholesaling and a sharp eye for opportunity, Max has built his career on smart strategy and strong relationships. A lifelong soccer player and college athlete, he brings teamwork, hustle, and a competitive edge to everything he does.

Melanie Gerard

Licensed Broker & Co-Founder

With over 25 years of experience as a dedicated veterinarian, Melanie Gerard brings the same care, integrity, and attention to detail that defined her medical career into the world of real estate. Melanie grew up in McHenry, Illinois and is a licensed real estate broker in Washington State. She continues animal welfare work in her spare time.
